Mommy & Me Yoga (5 – 18 months)

Mommy & me yoga offers a rather intense muscle building yoga program that helps to tone your body and to develop a good posture. At the same time, it is also refreshing and relaxing.

While your baby sleeps, plays, crawls or walks around next to you, you strengthen yourself with yoga. I have toys, bouncers, and a playpen to keep your child happy.

To end the class we play some fun active games with the children.

Additionally, the casual atmosphere makes it easy to meet other moms and to arrange for lunch or playdates in the nearby park after yoga.
