Kundalini Yoga is a holistic yoga combining dynamic exercises with conscious breathing and meditation. The exercises strengthen the muscles, stimulate the organs and immune system, and improve coordination and balance. During yoga, we also free energy that creates the ideal basis for meditation and relaxation. Meditation and relaxation in turn help reduce stress, fear, and anxiety and increase mental balance and happiness.
Kundalini Morning Yoga is suitable for beginners and advanced students.
