Yoga at noon
Lunch yoga is the ideal break over lunch. The yoga lesson offers everything your body and mind need to recuperate from a strenuous morning: the yoga exercises strengthen your muscles and increase your body’s flexibility, the conscious breathing stimulates your circulation, the meditation relaxes your mind and the deep relaxtion provides a brief moment of rest.
After this class, you will have the strength and energy to master the rest of the day!
