Prenatal yoga offers safe, easy and effective exercises designed to strenghten and relax your rapidly changing body, and to prepare you for childbirth. Prenatal yoga helps prevent potential pregnancy discomforts and improves your general wellbeing both physically and mentally.

During prenatal yoga you do something good for yourself and your baby! And the class provides a great opportunity to meet other moms to be and find friends for life.
